Molly's Route 66 Adventures: Day Three

On the third day, we went to a ghost town!

Everything was really dusty and dirty and it was kind of spooky.

There was a graveyard in the town.

These people were here a long time ago!

Oh, gee, this boy was my age...

Once again, I'm wearing a dress by MyLittleMegara!

Gosh and golly!

Molly's Route 66 Adventures: Day Two

On the second day of my trip, I found what I thought was a real cactus.

It's actually made of plastic!

"Golly, this feels funny!"

Instead of being sharp, it was ticklish!

Sometimes the decorations the humans put up make me laugh.

On a side note, this was the first time I got to wear the dress MyLittleMegara made for me! Do you like it?

Gosh and golly!

Molly's Route 66 Adventures: Day One

I went on some fun adventures this summer! MyLittleMegara went up to the Route 66 area with her family and she brought me with her. She even got me a camera of my very own for the occasion, and I was able to get pictures of the scenery!

On the first day, I made sure to explore all around the house where we were staying for most of the trip.

Everything out there was so big!

I really like this picture that I got.

I love having a camera of my own.

I just kept saying "what a beautiful place!" over and over again.

Everything seemed alive all around me, from the humming birds to the scrub oak.

The sun was very bright and hot... if dolls could sweat, I'm sure I would've been soaked!

This vacation had barely started and it was already great!

"Oh say can you see..."

Oh, gosh! A real wagon wheel!

I had to be careful standing here because there was sap all over the tree.

"Wait! I want to get one more picture!"

Have any of you ever had an adventure?

Stay tuned for the rest of my trip!

Gosh and golly!

Key Moments with Kit: Pajama Party

Friday Night: A time for giggling and friends. At least, that's how Friday nights work in this house.

On this particular Friday night, Isabelle, Ruthie, Emily, Molly, Josefina, Wendy, Samantha, Nellie, and Elizabeth were piled on the couch in their pajamas looking at an old catalog. MyLittleMegara had found a bunch of old AG catalogs in a cabinet and was letting us go through them. I was late because I'd been the last one of us to change into her pajamas.

The couch is taller than I am, so I stepped up using a pillow as a step to help me.

Ruthie and Isabelle made room for me so I could see, too.

"Her antlers look so silly," Samantha giggled.

Wendy liked the red and white pajamas the best. Personally, I thought the blue ones looked the coziest, but the pink detailing on them wasn't my favorite thing ever.

I got excited when we got to my page, but was disappointed that this catalog had my "revised" nightie in it. Ugh. Too much pink! I much prefer my sailor style pajamas.

When we finished the first catalog, Wendy went down and grabbed another, this one with a larger than life picture of Saige on it.

I am very glad to be home.
